RESERVATION POLICIES :

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A credit card is required to book and hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 8 hours notice. Appointments canceled, changed, or rescheduled less than 8 hours before the scheduled time will be billed 50% of the service total.

There will be a fee of 50% of the service total for no-shows.

arrival :

If you are visiting for the first time, we suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointment(s), late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full-service fee.

spa ETIQUETTE :

Please arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service. Please be respectful of other guests, keep all mobile devices on low or vibrate, and maintain a low voice while on the phone.

gift cards :

Serenity Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates can be purchased at the front desk or via telephone. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards expire five years after the date of purchase. Our gift certificates expire two years after the date of purchase. All sales are final.

AGE REQUIREMENTS :

Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

At Serenity, we love children, however, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES :

Unopened products with accompanying receipts can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipts or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards.

GRATUITIES :

If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the menu price in gratuity to your therapist.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
